1. How many days does it take for me to receive my order (parcel)?
Usually it will take up to 3-4 working days, in some festive or sale season – it might take up to a week. But we always practice next day delivery & try our best to get it to you ASAP!

2. What courier company are you using?
To ensure safety and reliability, we use well known courier company such as Poslaju, Citylink Express & DHL.

3. I live at Sabah, can you send out your products here?
We are so sorry, at the moment we can only ship out our products to peninsular Malaysia. We can’t send to Sabah or Sarawak. Most courier company now are not allowed any liquid items (Shampoo/Serum/Hair Spray) to be send out using airplanes.

4. How much is the shipping cost?
It depends of the size & weight of the product’s purchase.

Small/Light items (1st 1000 gram) : RM10, add RM5 (next 500 gram)

Big/Heavy items (1000 – 1500 gram) : RM15, add RM5 (next 500 gram)

5. How to track my purchased order?
After successful payment, please allow 12-24 hours for us to process your order. We will send you a courier tracking number through email and whatsapp. You can check the status of your parcel at www.tracking.my

6. Can I pay by ATM machine?
Yes sure! Just email to syarnissalon@gmail.com for assistance.

7. Can I pick up my items at your salon?
Yes, but please allow 12-24 hours after your purchase to pick up. As on some days, our team are packed processing for shipping.

8. Can I use the Runner guy, Grab or Lalamove services to pick up my items?
Yes sure, but the cost of the runner services have to be paid by customer and please allow 12-24 hours after your purchase to set the pick up time.

9. My products are broken / spilled / missing, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refund, but we can offer a replacement. Please email us to syarnissalon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Any complaints later than 14 days is not applicable for replacement.

10. Can I cancel the products that I just bought on your website? I suddenly change my mind.
Yes sure. Please email us to syarnissalon@gmail.com within 24 hours for cancellation request. Full refund will be given to your bank account. Any cancellation request after 24 hours, will not be process.

11. For salon service promotion like Slots Purchase type such as (Birthday Boss Sale / Anniversary Sale / Year End Promo / Birthday Boss Sale), each successful purchase are not refundable. This slots purchase have to buy first in our website, and then you can make appointment with us through whatsapp, in the given period of time.
